Hello.

From my side I will prepare the measurement of the apartment and can send photos. I am a so-called Flipper and I am looking for permanent cooperation. The market is beginning to expect more and more from me and I am looking for someone who, based on the projection of the apartment with measurements and photos, will design my living room, kitchen and bathroom along with a shopping list for me and the carpenter.

I would like to go in the style of Glamour - I like the realizations of HendiDesign but I see opinions are different of this designer. Due to the fact that this is an apartment for sale I also want it not to cost significantly more than I have paid so far for the finish - it may be a little more but not with exaggeration ....

Properties are in the Mielec area so probably will not need live supervision. What I need most is a vision + list of materials
