Job description
I am looking for a contractor for a 3D visualization / animation that will depict a bypass road. The road is about 25 km, but will need 4 variants. In each variant about 8-10 km will be shared.

The visualization will have to faithfully depict the terrain and nearby buildings.
The bypass will be in DWG files. The terrain will have to be reflected independently. The final work is 4 videos of several minutes, one for each variant. Each video should also have an opening slide and an animation in the corner that will show the course of the road.
Request for information on:
1. how we can approach the valuation, what affects it,
2. what information is needed to prepare an accurate valuation,
3. what is the estimated completion date (order of magnitude, do we go in 2 weeks, 4 weeks or months)
