I have hands-on experience in scheduling, client communication, CRM updates, and follow-ups in a high-volume remote environment. I currently work as a freelance Language Learning & Development Advisor, managing 10–15 structured client interactions daily, coordinating next steps, and maintaining accurate CRM records. This has strengthened my organization, multitasking, and process consistency. I am pursuing a Master’s in Project Management at OBS Business School in partnership with University of Barcelona, developing my understanding of structured workflows and coordination. My background also includes customer-facing and operational roles across hospitality and retail, where I built strong communication and adaptability skills. I am comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems, and I am interested in supporting administrative, operational, and project-related workflows.
