About me
I turn repetitive work that takes hours into a clear process handled in a few clicks. I combine an analytical mindset with hands-on work in Excel, VBA, Power Query, Python, APIs, databases and AI tools. I also build lightweight web applications with Next.js and Supabase.
I can help with spreadsheet and report automation, data cleaning and reconciliation, web scraping, OCR, document processing, API integrations, dashboards and lightweight applications. I can also repair or simplify an existing solution.
One of my tools processes about 900,000 records and reduces several hours of work to a few minutes. I start by defining the input, expected output and clear acceptance criteria. For larger scopes, I suggest a small paid pilot so both sides can validate the approach before committing to the full project.
I deliver a working solution, tests and concise documentation, and state clearly what is included in the quote. I work in Polish and English at C2 level and treat every project as confidential.
