About me
Full-stack developer and marketing strategist. 10 years in tech, building AI solutions since 2017: chatbots, voicebots, conversation analytics.
I build web apps from scratch (Node.js, TypeScript, React, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker) and AI integrations: LLM APIs, speech-to-text, conversation analysis, process automation.
I single-handedly designed and built SmartHub - a platform of 7 business applications for a hotel group. Revenue management analytics over millions of bookings, automated call-center quality control (QA coverage from 5% to 80%), a system for 300 investors, e-learning, a newsletter builder. It replaced a commercial stack costing hundreds of thousands of PLN per year.
Previously: AI voicebot for Alior Bank (SentiOne), Messenger chatbots for major consumer brands, Head of Chatbots at Brand24. Lectured at AGH and SWPS University, publish in trade press.
I talk about business goals, not technology. I deliver working software and ask questions when a brief is unclear.
