I majored in Psychology (University of Wroclaw), but my main interests include healthy lifestyle and its components - nutrition, sports and supplementation. I follow the newest trends regarding this field - not only what diet is now the most popular (keto, paleo and even dukan are not foreign to me), but the science behind it as well. I'm open to challenges and the possibility to "get out of my comfort zone" :).
