About me
A promo-code system I wrote in Python for an optical retail chain has run in production since May 2026: desktop and web on one SQLite database, accounts with permissions, nightly KPI mail, a watchdog that restarts the service after a reboot. A second program, past its pilot, rosters staff with an OR-Tools solver kept inside Polish working-time and rest limits. A third runs ETL at a client. Plus dashboards and a document chatbot. Repositories are private; I send a screen recording.
Pricing a catalogue import, I tested 40 of my own photos: scaling straight to a square distorted the product in 32. That is how I quote.
Video is the other half: short-form with captions, PL/EN voice-over, thumbnails, static sites. Lead times, from complete material: one file 24 h, up to five 48 h, up to ten 7 days, demo or landing page 3–5 working days, revisions in the agreed scope the same working day. Software dates go in the quote.
AI sits in my process; a human decides the result. What we agree goes in writing.

A series of offer covers laid out in code (HTML to PNG): full control over typography, a consistent identity, and variants tested for click-through.
A complete brand for a music project (funky house): name, website, release covers and identity. Music produced in-house with AI tools under my direction. The project that started our studio's way of working.

Generator grafików pracy z solverem OR-Tools
Desktop and web on a shared database, multiple locations, accounts with permissions. An OR-Tools CP-SAT solver places the shifts, taking working-time limits as model constraints. Finished and past its pilot; not yet running at a client.
A sales board for the voice-over offer: one recording, many formats (film, YouTube, e-learning, advertising). Design and layout my own, typography applied in code.
A starter pack for a maker of grain-weighing probes: a 33-second teaser cut from the client's own material (colour grading, original music), a logo with an emblem, and an offer page in two variants. From brief to the full set in 3 days.
