My name is Konrad Rul, I am a resident of Police and a graduate of the Information Technology Technical profile. Creating graphics for the Internet deal with a couple of years, but has long been a passion of mine. I approach each client individually and through interpersonal skills and benefit from the atmosphere of professionalism. I'm very creative, punctual, reliable and willingness to develop their skills. I specialize in web design, shopping, web-based applications. I design and encodes the page. I use the latest available technologies in order to best meet the needs of customers. I have experience in creating websites responsive (RWD). I also create: logos, business cards, folders bids, catalogs, magazines, billboards, and everything that can be printed.
