About me
I run ShortFlowOne, a sole proprietorship in Poland. I deliver finished files remotely: small websites and landing pages, n8n/Make automations, short-form video, Excel workbooks with formulas, print artwork, AI voiceover, CAD drawings (DXF/PDF), 3D-print models (STL) and copy in Polish, English, German and French.
A job starts from a written brief. Scope, price, deadline and revision rounds are fixed before I start. You see a first excerpt (first screen, first cut or first test) before the full delivery. AI tools speed up drafts; I check every file before it ships.
German and French are professional, not native. CAD files are preliminary, not stamped construction documents. No bookkeeping or tax advice.

Shop demo: categories, product photos, cart, fragile-shipping copy. Closed scope: template + copy — not a luxury lookbook and not someone else’s store.
My own product: AI answers customer e-mail enquiries for service businesses within seconds, 24/7 (IMAP+IDLE, two AI brains, panel, Google OAuth, on Fly). Proof I ship production e-mail automation, not slides. PL/EN/DE.
German B2B copy for a Polish firm operating in DE (A1, Finanzamt, SOKA-BAU). Decision-maker tone, not Google Translate. DE on top, PL in a footnote. A sample of DE work (not native).
Architecture of the first n8n flow I build from zero in the client’s account: webhook, validation, Google Sheet row, Gmail + Slack ping, error channel. Replavo is a different product (IMAP).
