The description is about the last 3 years of my career, due to reprofiling. Prior to 2017, I was more family-oriented, helping my father with his business, and volunteering for two years at the Bonifraters Hospital. Another charity initiative I got involved in was volunteering at a canteen for the homeless of the Sisters of the Charity, to this end I got employed at a Biedronka chain shop just outside the train station, taking a social initiative by getting involved in the 'Exempt from Theory' project of freeganism; "You can't go on like this, heaps of food goes to waste". In the meantime, I searched for information about my ancestors in various archives, offices, including the "Family search" portal. While building my family tree, I sympathized with Mormons. On September 24, 2018, I met my sympathizer Natalia with whom I am in an informal relationship. On January 20, my grandfather passed away, at which time I decided to engage in creative writing, writing a biography of my father "black Tulip" - the first chapter "Carnival and Punishment Aisle" and the second chapter "Dissertation". I would like to briefly mention that the studies I undertook in Film Studies and New Media were not just watching films and reading film criticism. The very demanding level and preparation for classes, in which I am always active, have prompted me to create in various ways. Inspired by the works of prominent artists, I have produced several mastershots: a calisthenics exercise sequence; lemonade; a donut in a lavender field; (9 March 2019). I have also written several inspirational papers i.e. "Film analysis of The Godfather", "A credit paper on the role of film in education", "Analysis of The Pianist" in terms of film music", "Does size matter, the depiction of sex on screen" "Sequel"- first contact with cinema", "The depiction of sex in Hard Core films". I also wrote the screenplay for the sequel to my father's biographical film, based on the TV series 'Tulip' (25 December 2019), I entered into discussions with a producer about making the film, unfortunately difficult times prevented collaboration. As a credit, I got involved in a couple of 'Live Like a Movie' TV shows, arranging the programme outline, costing, audience presentation. Another project was "Blind date"- training people interested in enriching their social life (25 May 2019). I participated in the fashion show associated with the premiere of the film "365 days" by Blanka Lipinska (7 February 2020). In addition, I interned at TVP from 20 January ( graphic research, appointment setting, search for topics related to international politics, Creativ commons). I also took part in 2 last Academy Awards gala (online). On March 14th my father passed away then my plans related to show business ceased to be of greater importance and although I had been training my skills in various areas of interest, I started looking for new inspirations. So I used the course material of EITCA- Adobe Clouds, Cyber Security. I took part in the "Education Quality Week"-principles of creative thinking (10 April 2019), critical thinking workshop (25 May 2019). The SEO training with Delante (27 May 2019) proved to be a breakthrough, due to my involvement with the UJ careers office. So, I completed the Project Manager Academy with ABB, and the 5-week project introduced theoretical foundations and commitment to the creation of a chain of grocery stores in Ukraine with a budget of PLN 1 million.. Another gem is working with IBM on business competencies. In addition to an introduction to accounting and familiarising myself with the business (outsourcing), I organised a subsidiary restaurant, convinced Magda Gessler, selected one of 4 candidates for manager, organised a staff party and designed an information poster (14 January 2020). The positive feedback at the end sweetened my life, but not for long as I also engaged in other training. Courtesy of the IntegratedUJ programme, I learnt about 'Digitising and making public archives accessible (22 July 2019), visited the PAN and PAU archives, and learnt how to store photographs and filmstrips in the UJ archives. Using software, I digitised collections through the UJ Institute of History, and learned the legal basics in the copyright library. I also toured the library of Malopolska from "behind the scenes". Thanks to ZEM, I learnt "How to Design New Technologies in Culture" (18 January). Based on Edward de Bono's six thinking hats, I learned more about myself, about others; I used Internet tools in the management, marketing and promotion of cultural institutions. Another advantage was my participation in the Separator of Creative Initiatives, where I created the future through the Designer of the Future - (User Experience& Busines Design).
