Hello, I am a Design Strategist, Service and User Experience Designer. I design services and strategies based on methods such as Service Design, Futures Thinking, and Systemic Thinking. In my design work, I focus on changing perspectives, thinking at both micro and macro scales, and seeking new meanings and unexpected connections.
I have gained experience as an Art Director, UX Designer, and Graphic Designer. My multidisciplinary background and several years of experience in various creative roles (both on the agency side and the client side) have allowed me to develop diverse design competencies, work on a wide range of projects, and explore mutual needs. As a result, I have been involved in the entire product creation process from a Customer Experience, strategic, and business perspective.
