About me
I combine strategic thinking, creativity, and strong organisational skills. I help businesses turn ideas into action, streamline processes, and see projects through to completion.
At Uniforma Studio, I coordinated branding, design, and digital projects with budgets ranging from PLN 60,000 to 500,000, working closely with clients, designers, and developers. I also grew my own serviced apartment brand, Dreaminn, from 5 to 72 apartments, managing a team of 12 and coordinating 15 subcontractors.
I can support you with:
– Coordinating creative, digital, and operational projects; – Planning schedules, budgets, and team workloads; – Improving processes and establishing clear ways of working; – Leading briefing sessions, client meetings, and Design Thinking workshops; – Analysing KPIs, costs, and opportunities to develop and expand services.
