I help busy managers and teams keep projects moving: clear plans, deadlines under control, actions tracked, and communication handled in a calm, structured way. I can support you with project coordination (timelines, task tracking, follow-ups), meeting support (agenda, notes, action items), stakeholder communication, inbox and calendar management, document preparation, reporting and dashboards, process documentation (SOPs), onboarding support, and admin/logistics (travel coordination, expenses support, supplier communication, basic invoice/PO tracking).
