I graduated the University of Economics in Poznań (Trade and Marketing specialization). I am a Marketing Specialist with over 10 years of experience in FMCG industry, direct marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, marketing data analysis and creation of promotional campaigns.
For 3 years I had worked in an advertising agency, planning and coordinating BTL campaigns and shopper marketing activities in the FMCG industry. I supervised the production of graphic designs and advertising materials (including catalogs, POS materials, adverts).
Then, for over 8 years, I dealt with customer data analysis and customer lifecycle management (acquire, retain and recover customers campaigns). I was building and developing marketing programs aimed at building customer value and loyalty in time (including a cashback loyalty program).
In the meantime, I became a mother of two boys. I wolud like to have more time for my family and that's why I quit my full-time job at the beginning of 2018. I am looking for some interesting orders, which would enable me to manage my time more flexibly and at the same time allow me to develop myself.
