About me

I’m Ainius. I work in defence, handling HR and day-to-day office administration. I used to run a social media marketing agency, and I’ve also managed a small community and set up automations. I like figuring out why a ten-minute job keeps taking someone half the afternoon.

On one website project, I tested an enquiry form that sent acknowledgements automatically. I submitted a test enquiry and checked both inboxes. The team got the details, and the sender knew straight away that their message had arrived.

I freelance alongside my day job. Give me scattered HR notes and I can turn them into a first-week guide for a new colleague. I can also clean up an Excel tracker, build an editable presentation from a rough report, plan a week of social posts with matching Canva graphics, or automate a step you keep doing by hand.
