POSZUKUJĘ VA do stałej współpracy.

Obecnie głównie skupiam się nad tworzeniem i sprzedażą kursów online na rynki zagraniczne. Mój kurs Become BIM Coordinator pojawił się w lutym 2022 i odbyły się już jego 3 edycje.

Do szkolenia dołączyło już ponad 500 osób! Planuję wypuścić co najmniej 3 kolejne kursy, w najbliższym czasie więc jest to początek bardzo ekscytującej drogi.

Poszukuję Wirtualnej Asystentki/ta z bardzo dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego do stałej współpracy. Wszystkie treści będą tworzone w języku angielskim, dlatego świetna znajomość języka jest warunkiem koniecznym.

Najważniejszą rolą Asystentki/a będzie szeroko zakrojone wsparcie w sprawnym i efektywnym prowadzeniu codziennych działań firmy. Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie, między innymi:

- Ustawianie mailingu i automatyzacji w ConvertKit,

- Czytanie i odpowiadanie na maile / wiadomości w SM,

- Zarządanie Social Media - Wrzucanie postów z bazy istniejącej treści, grafik, ustawianie kalendarza postowania,

- Zarządzanie projektami na ClickUp,

- Wrzucanie matariałów np: video, dokumentów na platformę kursową LearnDash,

- Publikowanie wpisów na blog (Wordpress + Elementor),

- Przygotowywanie grafik pod webianary, do prezentacji, do postów - w Canvie,

- Kontakt z podwykonawcami - np: montażystą video, developerem

Wymiar i forma pracy:

- pierwszy miesiąc pracy - ok 60 h. Jeżeli współpraca będzie nam odpowiadać, zwiększymy sukcesywnie liczbę godzin. Dążymy do pełnego etatu

- rozliczamy się poprzez stawkę godzinową - 40-65 zł (w zależności od doświadczenia, znajomości języka i umiejętności)
