poszukuję do stałej współpracy świetnie zorganizowanej osoby, znającej się na tworzeniu procesów, procedur a także na obsłudze MS Word i MS Excel.

Praca administracyjna o dowolnej porze i bez presji czasu. Bez kontaktu z klientami. Szacuję ok 10h-15h na tydzień.

Prowadzę niewielką firmę budującą domy jednorodzinne jako generalny wykonawca i szukam kogoś kto pomoże w kwestiach organizacyjnych i administracyjnych „od zaplecza”.

Wymagania:

- świetna znajomość MS Word i MS Excel

- wiedza na temat dobrych praktyk tworzenia procesów, procedur

- świetne zdolności organizacyjne

- umiejętność wyszukiwania informacji (researchu)

- jakiekolwiek doświadczenie przy tematach związanych z budownictwem jednorodzinnym lub ciekawość/chęć poszerzania swojej wiedzy w tym zakresie

Szukam kogoś, kto dobrą organizacje, potrzebę posiadania porządku wokół siebie ma we krwi. Kogoś kto pomoże zaprojektować i uporządkować odpowiedni przepływ informacji w firmie a później zajmie się zadaniami administracyjnymi.
