I will commission the creation of a website for a small television project. The website must have a video player through which the TV program will be broadcast. The content is to be broadcast from a playlist in the format of classic television, that is, without the possibility of including video on demand ( No VOD).
The visitor to the site must be able to control the volume and choose the screen format. The site should display the program, i.e. the start and end times of the broadcast. The administrator should be able to add subtitles, in case the broadcast was in a foreign language
