Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can design practically from scratch a website for a service company. I envision a home page and 5 tabs, mostly descriptive/graphic and a contact form. I would like the designer/developer to be familiar with UI/UX themes.
Additionally, I would like the same person to be able to implement it on Wordpress.
I would appreciate if you could send me a portfolio, an estimate for the whole project and a completion date. :)
