Job description

Web application for sending multimedia files. We will commission the development of a web application that allows uploading files to the server via the web - photos and videos. The tool is to allow a non-logged-in user, who enters the site, to upload photos or videos and, after completing 2-3 text forms, to send files to the server. Detailed description of the functionality in the points below. The selection criterion for us will be price and completion time - no later than the last week of October. Detailed functionality below.

Required functions:

- Responsive website (smartphone + PC/laptop view) - Simple layout with a single-color background - At the top the logo of the site (sent by the orderer) - Underneath, a box with + ADD FILES, when clicked, the user can select photo or video files from their device to send - Below 2-3 forms for the person sending the files to enter specific information (details later) - Functionality largely similar to, for example, wetransfer.com - Multiupload function - select several files at once - Under the form, two texts prepared in advance of the orderer with an active link to the files - e.g. terms and conditions, privacy policy (embedded externally under the link) + checkboxes - sliders to move for the user using the tool who wants to send files. Without them upload impossible. - Percentage progress bar / percentage circle - indicating what percentage of the file(s) has been sent after selecting files from the device reCAPTCHA or other blocker to prevent, for example, bots from sending the form without uploaded files - When the user clicks "SEND", they receive a message that the material has been sent. - The material lands on FTP on the designated server and in the directory: YYYY/MM/DD/ID - The tool sends the admin a short email informing that such material has been uploaded to the server. - In the message a link to directly download the file via www (by the tool admin) As part of the order, the contractor will install and configure the tool on the indicated server and under the indicated dome
