We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to work with us on a freelance basis. The person in this position will be responsible for complex payroll management and various administrative tasks related to the hiring and firing of employees. Responsibilities:
Monthly settlements with Datev/Lodas.
Coordination of the timekeeping system.
Performing various administrative tasks related to the hiring and firing of employees.
Coordinating and communicating with legal experts and tax advisors.
Providing day-to-day support to employees and responding to their queries.
Position requirements:
Experience in payroll and remuneration, especially in the German market.
Punctuality and ability to work in a team.
Communicative knowledge of the German language.
