Looking for a person ready to prepare a visualization of an apartment of the highest standard being a Penthouse apartment in an apartment hotel.

The meterage is about 40m2. In addition, with successful cooperation I am looking for a person to visualize the Hotel Lobby. I am not interested in the detailed design only visualization which is an inspiration.
