Job description
We are looking for a virtual assistant to assist a company in the construction industry.
Objectives:
- Improve communication and information flow,
- piloting issues,
- controlling deadlines,
- completing data in systems,
- Implementation of topics / self-tasks ordered by the supervisor: search for data and companies to cooperate, e-mail and telephone contacts with companies, collection of quotes, creation of statements.
100% remote.
Initially we estimate 15-20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing.
Tools we use:
- Trello
- Google Drive
Requirements:
- fluency in French, knowledge of English welcome
- Daily time availability during standard working hours.
Familiarity with Trello is welcome.
