UK - contacting the decision maker with the preparation of a contract

We are looking for a person with knowledge of German or English to carry out an e-mail or letter exchange with all decision makers (President or Vice President) of these subcontractors , who oversee the contract for the construction of the US Hospital in Rammstein. The construction has an abbreviation ( ROBMC ) which stands for Rhine Ordonance Barracks Medical Center Visitor Center, 66877 Ramstein-Miessenbach. The company that is managing this project is a German-American company. The order is to be complete including the execution of the arrangements , the purpose of which is to prepare a construction contract agreement for the implementation of works related to finishing works such as gypsum board wall installation works, Roentgen radiation resistant boards, painting works and others.... This assignment is envisioned as home office work without trips. The price is to be a lump sum and is expected to cover a period of 2-3 months.

This contract is envisioned as home office work without trips. The price is to be a lump sum and is expected to cover a period of 2-3 months.
