Job description

Minimum Requirements:

1. ability to create local accounts and domain login (simultaneously)

2 Access Methods:

(a) Website

b) So called "Kiosk" - website

c) Mobile application (preferably a dedicated application)

3) Authentication methods:

a) Password ( in later version SSO for domain users and for local MFA - SMS with PIN)

4) Notification methods:

a) Website + photo

b) Mobile application + photo

c) Email + photo (automatic ticket creation - later)

5 Access levels:

a) Submitter - sees only their submissions

b) Manager - sees submissions of his/her employees + statistics

c) Submissions manager + statistics

d) Administrator + statistics

e) Directorate - sees everything + statistics

6) Submissions manager assigns tasks with deadlines to designated people.

7. sending notifications about assigned tasks:

a) SMS message (later)

b) e-mail message

8. sending confirmation to the submitter about the completion of the task (e-mail / SMS)

9. several categories of notifications

10. automatic logout from the system after 5 minutes of inactivity.
