I have Office 2019 and use outlook. Through outlook I receive mail from an email account hosted on dhosting.co.uk. I cannot share my calendar (the "share" button is grayed out.

I need to synchronize the local google calendar with my private Teams calendar.

Also, when sending an invitation via outlook, the Teams link does not generate.
