Job description
The order is to code a simple knowledge contest (answers: A, B, C, D) via SMS. All user responses are forwarded to the URL using the GET method, these responses should be written down in the database.
Example query for sending SMS message:

The whole thing is to be in a simple panel (bootstrap or other ready-made) where you will be able to see the preview of the contestants and manage the content of the knowledge contest.
We are asking for submissions from contractors with a good knowledge of PHP with the ability to plan and develop the application, we anticipate developing this script through further Useme orders. More details in private message.
We are NOT interested in working with AGENCIES. We are looking for a person who will also contribute to the planning and development of the application and not just coding according to instructions.
