Description

Good day I will commission the writing of a land registry scraper.

The program should enter consecutive ledger numbers (from 1 to 400,000) on the website

https://przegladarka-ekw.ms.gov.pl

and the check digit, calculated according to the formula

https://ekw.plus/blog/cyfra-kontrolna-ksiegi-wieczystej-co-to-jest-i-jak-ja-ustalic

and then enter the "current version" and record the data that will appear on the following pages (sections I-O, II, III, IV). Not all the data from the ledger is needed - I will specify exactly in the message.

I am interested only in Warsaw

A prerequisite is that the program uses a variable IP, due to server limitations!

Priority is failure-free and fast operation
