I need to get into the admin panel on one site - now I am getting a 403 error.
The site was moved 1.5 years ago but it was running until this month from the server of the old service provider ( I did not know). After the redirection it turned out that I cannot log in.
As for the other site, I updated plugins and wordpress - unfortunately, it crashed.
I tried to restore it by backing up the server, unfortunately an error appeared and information about debugging wordpress
