Job description
I'm looking for a person to help me implement part of the project in a product lottery. The site will be based on CMS Wordpress. I provide the specifications below.
ENTRY FORM
- Code from the product - validation behind the database of winning codes
- If the code is an improvement - verification that the entry was registered in one of the time gates from a list of a dozen gates each day.
- Name, surname contact information.
After registration of the application:
- saving the entry in the database
- the winner gets a link to the form on the email, where he provides additional data
- Type of prize (completed automatically).
- First and last name.
- E-mail.
- Date of birth - calendar / validation 18+.
- Account no.
- Consent.
- For awards of the week:
- PESEL
- Document type
- Document no.
- For foreigners: citizenship / address.
DATABASE:
- filtering by fields from the database
- export to CSV / XLS
