Project Manager - Klaviyo Ecommerce - Fully Remote

What you’ll be doing: You'll work with other team members to ensure that all our projects and emails are done and meet the deadline. You'll also track the performance and seek improvement.

Start date: Immediately

Hours expected: 40 hours per week

Tech stack: Klaviyo, Attentive, ClickUp, Google Spreadsheets, Slack

Responsibilities:

- Working with other team members to implement client feedback and complete their requests.

- Monitoring & analyzing the performance and performing A/B tests.

- Preparing monthly and weekly reports for clients.

- Managing and executing tasks in ClickUp.

- Creating monthly campaign calendar and brainstorming email campaign ideas

- Being the primary point of contact for our clients

- Receiving and replying to Slack messages from clients

- Updating clients on completed tasks via Slack

Requirements:

- You must have a fluent written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- You must be able to work in the Central EU time zone.

Optional:

- Copywriting for emails/subject lines.

- Experience in Klaviyo/ClickUp/Attentive.
