We have a store for more than a year where recently there was a problem that we are clearing customer orders - every second in the shopping cart when finalizing the order.
Error another is the deletion of baskets if, for example, we abandon a form of payment, it removes our basket, with each error on the site the effect will be a deleted basket. Example: a customer from an hour ago had an error in transfers24 and when he came back it deleted his shopping cart.
Prestashop also does not send us notifications about customer orders.
I need to have this fixed, I would like to pay only when it is fixed.
