Job description
Our project is a platform that connects caregivers, service providers, intermediaries and clients. Matching takes place between clients in need of care and the appropriate care workers. Automatic communication then takes place asking if the caregiver would like to accept the job and the client then accepts. Once confirmed, further processes such as contracts are created and the trip is organized and transferred. A satisfaction inquiry and organization of the trip and subsequent assignments then takes place. 90% of the process steps are mapped in click dummy and in total about 30% of the order has already been completed. Now the project is to be accelerated.
