Order to write a client for a Webservice written in dotnet

I will commission a simple client necessarily in Delphi language, which connects to WebServic based on WSDL standard. The server is written in dotnet.

The assignment is to create and submit source code for a client that connects to an existing server and calls a single sample method from it.

In the ideal version (for which we are able to pay more), the server and client should use wsHttpBinding, while the simpler (cheaper) version should use basicHttpBindings.
