I will commission a new website with texts

I expect:
- change of design while keeping the color scheme
- Changing the content of the current changed by an experienced copywriter
- Creation of a new tab with products (offer) based on two sites (online stores) ie.
- the entire new page including each tab is to be translated automatically by deep, google translate or similar programs !!!
- the site is to be automatically prepared for SEO optimization
- adding each product is to create automatic headings and description consistent with SEO
Note the site is to be easy to edit by users with basic computer knowledge should change the text and graphics.
