Firma i projekt typu e-commerce z systemem online DTP (bardzo zaawansowany) pozwala przygotowywać różne produkty oparte transfer grafiki/obrazów na różne produkty.

Aplikacja RWD/PWA pozwala zamawiać różne produkty, gdzie klient zamawia grafikę, albo ją dostarcza (złożoną serię, itp. wg składu - wszystko online), zaś partner ma możliwość wyprodukować produkt poligraficzny lub inny w obszarze takich możliwości. W pakiet wchodzi CRM/ERP, itp.

Szukam też wspólnika do procesu przejęcia start-up'a (10 lat na rynku) w formie M&A, albo co-funder'a, który ma zdolności produkcji w obszarze poligraficznym lub introligatorskim oraz biuro projektowe (grafika 2d, 3d, itp. - graficy, ilustratorzy).

Mile widziana więc firma związana z tzw. designem, R&D - z racji różnych produktów jakie można tworzyć. Od 10 lat prowadziłem projekt jako interim CTO/CMO/DEV, itp. koło PMO. Wspólnik chce wykonać exit.

System funkcjonował zagranicą, ale w PL głównie się rozwijał i był piaskownicą eksperymentów.

Ogłoszenie będzie nie typowe, gdyż w ofercie oczekuje się ew. wskazanie sumy jaką partner mógłby wyłożyć lub jest zainteresowany aby podjąć współpracę.

Kwota 300 000 zł to minimalna w ramach potencjalnego pełnego M&A, gdzie można profilować udziały. Strategia przewiduje ok 1,5M PLN inwestycji wg opcji.. lub więcej, gdyż są różne strategie. Strategia przewidywała dla aplikacji SaaS franczyzę dla partnerów, dlatego przedłożenie ew. ofert wejściowych może pozwolić przyjąć kilku partnerów i podzielić się obszarem działania i produkcji w ramach różnych produktów.

Mile widziane więc ew. informacje o firmach i propozycje/zainteresowanie - chętnie nawiąże kontakt. Wydaje się, że na tym etapie poniżej 50 000 zł trudno by manewrować.

Na ten moment w wycenach poniesionych kosztów na system określa się 1,5M PLN chociaż to coś więcej niż system DTP albo CRM/ERP. Dla partnerów zniesienie takiej bariery i zwłaszcza technicznej może być interesujące. Istnieje możliwość kreowania lub kontynuacji własnej marki lub kilka.
