MS Access / Excel database

I urgently need someone proficient in Excel who can generate the names of goods based on rules, e.g. XX-YYY-ZZZ, where X = 1 v 2 v 3, Y = A v B v C, Z = 0 v R, i.e. I provide the logic for creating the names, and I need them generated.

Good morning. I represent a consulting company for the SME sector. We are looking for a finance/controlling specialist for a project in the field of budget preparation for our clients, consulting in the area of controlling (including analysis of the statement of sales and balances, recommendation of sales segments, recommendation of coverage margin account, analysis of other fixed costs, creation of budget stucture, creation of controlling and reporting tool and processes). I am looking for a person who will make me formulas from Excel data (VBA or other simple possibilities come into play). The Excel data is already prepared. In the future I will want to supplement the file with new data. In short, from the data that is already in Excel I want to flirt data according to my needs. E.g. averages/totals number of goals/cards/penalties of a team in a season, a year or in the last 5,10 games, etc., further after selecting "team" from the list I will see the statistics of a particular team. Then comparing 2 teams I add for example Arsenal vs Liverpool and it shows stats: team vs opponent from last matches, season etc. (I can choose from how many recent matches it should show). In general, I am open to suggestions, ideas and help to make this clear and functional. I will try to give more details, information or questions on priv. I am looking for a person for whom doing such things will not be a problem and maybe will offer his vision of how it can be done practically etc., because I unfortunately do not know the functionalists of Excel so as to use it 100%.
