Szukam montażystów do moich kanałów YouTube

Prowadzę kilkanaście kanałów na YouTube i szukam montażystów, którzy będą robili dla mnie kilka/kilkanaście shortów dziennie.

Nie potrzebuję, abyś miał wiele lat doświadczenia – potrzebuję osoby, która zna podstawy Premiere Pro, która jest pracowita i szybko się uczy.

Wszystkiego przy każdym typie shorta nauczę Cię – pokażę filmik instruktażowy, w którym ja wykonuję przykładowego shorta i dam wszystkie potrzebne pliki loginy i hasła

Płacę za godziny pracy, nie za pojedyncze shorty, plus oferuję bonusy za shorty, które przekroczą 500 tys. lub 1 mln wyświetleń.

WYMAGANIA:

Praca MINIMUM 15 godzin tygodniowo – na początku współpracy mniej, aby zobaczyć, jak nam się współpracuje. 15 godzin tygodniowo lub więcej będzie możliwe do osiągnięcia po kilku tygodniach współpracy.

Praca tylko długoterminowa!

Praca nie polega tylko na montowaniu shortów, ale bardziej na znajdowaniu różnych clipów, generowaniu audio, tekstu i sklejaniu tego w jedną całość.

Kanały, na które tworzę shorty, są BARDZO ŻMUDNE i wszystkie wyglądają tak samo – robi się je tak samo. Jeśli Ci to przeszkadza, to lepiej, abyśmy nie nawiązywali współpracy.

Hi! I’m looking for an editor who could take over my footage and edit wedding highlight videos (3-5 minutes) and full documentaries (30-60 minutes). My requirements aren’t too high, and the editing is fairly simple. No special effects or animations are needed—just basic transitions, color correction, slow motion, etc. From one wedding, I typically have about 4 hours of footage. I’ve been handling the editing myself so far, but I know there are people who can do it faster and better.
