Incorrect order confirmations are sent to the customer via email.
The problem is recurring and there have already been attempts to fix it.

The same purchase item repeated many times, so that it is generally impossible to see what was purchased.
Not all products have this problem, but when trying to fix some it breaks what was shipped without errors, when fixing what was broken it breaks what was already fixed and so on and so forth.
