Work in the B2B system
Main scope:
- remote work in about 15 hours a month
- customer care and communication, key customer service, preparing responses to emails related to the scope of services selected by the customer, answering phone calls, text messages regarding customer assistance,
- arranging the delegation process along with documentary services (e.g. making notifications, archiving and organizing virtual documents so that they are organized; updating documents that are in circulation),
- replies to letters relating to roadside checks and inspections in the industry
- preparation of sales offers,
- cooperation and communication with agents and partners
- taking care of business development and customer relations,
- knowledge of the bookkeeping of posted workers and VAT settlement from abroad.
- marketing and communication care (including preparation of thematic mailings and preparation of website updates related to our industry,
taking care of the "visibility" of the brand in social media, promotion on specific Facebook groups, online forums, etc.) - strategy and graphics to be determined,
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of computer packages (Excel, Office, etc .; knowledge of mailing programs
PREFERRED SKILLS

● Knowledge of the transport industry will be an asset.
