Our company was founded in 2021 by people with many years of experience in the IT industry. Dynamically growing market and recruitment processes of our regular and new Customers increase our team responsible for IT recruitment. We are looking for people with a passion for working with people to support our team in recruiting the best IT Specialists.
Hours: 80h/month +-
Salary: negotiable
Responsibilities:
1. sourcing and headhunting international IT talent.
Contacting candidates from Ukraine and Belarus through various sources - LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.
Verification and selection of applications.
4. daily email contact with candidates.
5. Administration of the candidate database and its updating.
Our requirements:
1. knowledge of Ukrainian language and English at a level that allows communication
2. excellent time and task management. You will be dealing with many candidates at the same time
3. knowledge of recruitment processes and methodologies (nice to have)
