I will order a full integration of ZOHO CRM (Professional license) to handle leads with a site on Wordpress.

Currently leads are collected from the contact form on the site to email inbox + from FB.

Functionality needed:

1. Automatic distribution of incoming contacts to one of the five agents + automatic sending to the potential client of an email thanking them for their application and an initial list of documents (optionally indicating the contact to the advisor to whom the lead was assigned);

2. data collected about each client (contact information, notes about the client, files assigned to the contact, reminders about the appointment/tel);

3. Sending personalized product emails to selected groups of customers - segregating and grouping customers;
