I will order a CRM system to be written.

CRM includes:

customer panel, merchant panel, valuation calculator, the ability to send messages, quotes, documents, and invoices between the customer and the salesperson,

the ability to set up automatic emails to the customer with the order status inside, order history and pricing, the ability to assign tickets / customer service status from the salesman's side, customer description, orders / comments, database management, database search by: date, name, email, phone number, payment for the order in the panel

Optionally with the possibility of sending newsletters and customer segmentation - an additional option, depending on the costs

CRM on the customer service side

Register of contractors: address, e-mail, telephone number, contact persons, tax identification number, segmentation

Register of goods: the ability to enter the name, symbol, description, price, which is automatically entered into the offer (editable after taking)

Offer register: Generating an offer from the contractor level or from the add offer level (selecting a contractor from the list)

Calculator for calculating production costs
