Fixing the problem with loading images and ads in PHP script

Description
I am looking for a person/company familiar with Edios PHP scripts to fix two problems on the site regarding:
1. very slow and partial loading of thumbnail images in the list of ads
2. slow display of the list of announcements and transition between pages
The problem occurs regardless of the browser and operating system used. Previous attempts to fix the problem have only partially solved it, but as more ads arrive, the problem has worsened.
