Excel expert - data entry and graphical chart with results

We are looking for a person who is very familiar with Excel and will be able to perform the following tasks:

1) Create 9 separate Excel files in Spreadsheets for sales representatives. Data to be completed:

- global budget, monthly budget, for 4 months, how much of the target the sales rep was supposed to do, how much he has done so far, the initiatives he has taken and how these initiatives can bury the difference between the plan and the implementation: name of the implementation, when, value, risks;

In each file there will also be a representation of the results in the form of a neat chart - all files for sales representatives will be virtually the same - the difference will be only in the name of the PH in question.

2) Creation of a separate Excel file in Spreadsheets, which will show the charts from all the previous 9 files (for management review), and separately one graphical chart, which will summarize the data from all 9 files of sales representatives.

Ultimately, it should be a nice graphical summary with results.
