I am looking for a company or freelancer to create a web application for crowdstaffing - collaborative
recruitments. The application will have two panels - for the commissioning company and for the freelancer recruiter. Details of assignments added by the commissioning company will be visible after the recruiter is accepted to the project.
This will be a basic ATS with recruiter billing features based on success fees.
It is important that recruiters can add candidates to their own database and assign them to specific recruitment projects. There should also be an individual application form for candidates.
The company submitting the recruitment should add a job offer as in standard portals. Its panel will have access to the ATS and the candidates presented.
