I am looking for a person who could make an automatic data calculator on the basis of a ready-made Excel data file:

Separating in a prepared spreadsheet one of several/teen phrases, automatically summarizing all the values assigned for each phrase, downloading from the NBP the exchange rates of currencies from a certain time interval and calculating the average after conversion to PLN.
