I will commission a gaming computer configurator website, where people can create their dream computer or choose a computer that is already pre-configured.

Main requirements:

Calculation of FPS in games depending on components

Configuring your own kit or buying a ready-made one

Ease of editing from the backend (adding new components, prices, etc.)

Appearance that will attract players

Easy-to-use website for the customer

Ability to add products and update prices of products and components via an xml or csv file - for example, if a graphics card gets more expensive then the kit is more expensive.

It can be based on some CMS system, no problem.
