Looking for a specialist to test an online store on the French market
I am looking for someone to organize comprehensive tests of my online store. Key areas of focus include:
- Shopping process – evaluating fluidity, intuitiveness, and language accuracy.
- Payment module – including A/B testing of different payment methods to better tailor the offer to local preferences.
- General website functionality – assessing performance on various devices.
The tests should cover both mobile and desktop devices and involve diverse user groups. A key aspect is organizing large-scale testing to reflect the specifics of the French market and the preferences of local customers.
Additionally, I am interested in an evaluation of the language accuracy throughout the entire shopping process to ensure it meets the expectations of French-speaking customers.
I am looking for a flat-rate service, and before making a decision, I would like to receive a sample report showcasing how the test results will be presented.
Communication with the provider is possible in Polish or English.
