Needed to create a dedicated system for recording orders. The industry and needs are quite unusual, so the solutions available on the market do not meet our requirements. The system is not complicated, we need that after entering basic data such as: client, type of order and scope of order, the system should fill in the data itself in terms of price and other charges, and then at the end of the month issue an invoice/generate a summary in tabular form according to specific requirements. The system must also give the ability to enter comments, change the status of the order and (possibly) add files. We are currently working on price lists, which is becoming problematic with client growth. Budget unspecified, we are reaching out to many sources + IT friends, so pricing of the topic to be agreed upon - as long as market.
